Duties

Will be responsible for overseeing all blasting activities and operations in our open cast mining projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of blasting techniques, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
Plan and execute blasting operations safely and on schedule.
Ensure compliance with all relevant blasting regulations.
Lead and train blasting teams to follow best practices.
Develop blasting plans and select suitable materials and equipment.
Monitor performance to improve efficiency and reduce impact.
Collaborate with geology, engineering, and site teams.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety measures.
Keep detailed records of blasting activities and compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
