Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their operations in Limpopo!Responsibilities:
- Managing production and quality systems
- Managing raw materials, final product and consumables stock
- Coordinate daily production reviews and reporting
- Mine Planning and Pit Optimisation
- Focus Areas: Crushing, DMS, Dryer and Magnet Plant Operations
- Continuous Improvement projects
- Grade 12
- Degree in Metallurgical Engineering / Process Engineering
- 10 years Mineral Processing
- Proven leadership in metallurgy, mineral processing or production
- Salary: R2,5m - R1,9m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
- Training & Development
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
- Salary: negotiable.
