Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years financial and administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial data.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the total administration function of the factory.
Exercise effective administrative management and control to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the General Manager to drive profitability and adhere to financial policies and procedures.
Prepare and present accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
Plan and organize stock counts, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Investigate, analyze, and report on stock losses and gains to maintain financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
