Job Description


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years financial and administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial data.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the total administration function of the factory.
  • Exercise effective administrative management and control to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive profitability and adhere to financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Plan and organize stock counts, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Investigate, analyze, and report on stock losses and gains to maintain financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
