:Our client is seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator to join the De Doorns, Western Cape team,xc2xb7 Oversee the general operations of the office and deliver an excellent service to our customers and co-workers.xc2xb7 Supervision of staff for release and monitoringxc2xb7 Maintaining of stock levels and overseeing effective stock management principlesxc2xb7 Organize the workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.xc2xb7 Daily submitting of attendance registers and logistical planning of release and monitoringxc2xb7 Service and calibrate all operational equipment and ensure that all vehicles are serviced and properly maintained.xc2xb7 Ensure that monitoring, release & technical goals, and targets are met.xc2xb7 Do regular quality checks and ensure that quality standards are adhered to.xc2xb7 Ensure that weekly monitoring data is correctly submitted and ensure that data is trustworthy.xc2xb7 Manage & motivate sub-ordinates in such a way that operational requirements are met. Performance management, coaching and training of staff.xc2xb7 Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.xc2xb7 HR responsibilities (hours, admin, leave management, performance management, discipline) Record keeping and control of product and stock inventories.xc2xb7 Quality control of release and monitoring.xc2xb7 Logistics planning within the monitoring and release process.xc2xb7 Report maintenance issuesxc2xb7 Adhere to all monitoring & release procedures and protocolsxc2xb7 Weekly meetingsRequirementsxc2xb7 Grade 12xc2xb7 Degree or diploma in Agricultural field will receive preference.xc2xb7 AVCASA qualification will receive preferencexc2xb7 Min of 3 years experience in supervisory/coordinating or a similar role requiredxc2xb7 Experience in an agricultural environment/industry will receive preference.xc2xb7 Experience in health and safety systems will be advantageous.xc2xb7 PCO Pest Control Officer will receive preference.xc2xb7 Valid Driver's Licensexc2xb7 Computer literacy Microsoft Office. Must be at intermediate level on Excel.
