Eng. in Engineering. 5 years of continuous improvement experience. Proficiency in project management. Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification/accreditation. Expertise in manufacturing financials, process optimization, and new product implementation. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, robotics, and automation. Strategic Operations Improvement: Lead transformative projects to elevate operational efficiency. Drive strategic initiatives to achieve significant financial savings. Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects. Ensure timely and successful project completions. Cultural Transformation: Establish a culture of continuous improvement and best practices. Implement management systems to foster operational excellence. Leadership in Engineering: Guide and support industrial engineers in our cutting-edge factories. Collaborate with the team for seamless project execution. Financial Visibility: Provide transparent reporting to the regional Executive Committee. Demonstrate ongoing financial savings and performance enhancements. Visibility of Operational Performance: Maintain real-time, comprehensive reporting of operational performance.
