DESCRIPTION/SYNOPSYS:KingsleyIrons Recruitment have partnered with a multinational leader in the field of manufacturing, distribution and security services. We are on a recruitment drive to source the best talent nationally.The Operational Finance Manager will have a birds eye view of the operations across the Bloemfontein region. This includes financial operations management for the region, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, modelling of the financial impact within the Operational and Finance Business Unit, and providing financial insights and recommendations, in order to reach regional organizational goals and objectives.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
*BCom Degree in Financial Management or Management Accounting or equivalent
*CIMA or studying towards is an advantage
*Experience with Syspro ERP system will be highly beneficial
*5 Years experience in a Financial or Management Accountant role
*Experience in a production, distribution or manufacturing, environment
*2 Years experience in compiling and conducting presentations to Senior ManagersRESPONSIBILITIES:
*Adhere to financial governance principles
*Control the regional end-to-end financial function
*Provide business support for effective decision making
*Provide support for effective short- and long-term planning through the budgeting, forecasting and business planning
*Strategically partner with the various stakeholders to deliver upon departmental objectives
