• Leading a team of financial professionals to achieve set objectives.
• Authorizing third-party payments by ensuring accurate reconciliation of financial records.
• Overseeing and managing credit card transactions and invoice payments.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for financial operations inquiries.
• Participating in recruitment efforts and driving performance development training programs.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Supervising the daily activities of the credit and collections team.
• Setting financial targets and objectives for the department.
• Conducting periodic financial audits and recommending enhancements.
• Establishing financial policies and procedures to optimize operations.
• Preparing and maintaining financial statements for reference.
• Supporting senior management with financial reporting and management activities.
• Ensuring financial operations align with company standards.
• Implementing operational strategies to meet financial goals.
• Monitoring and controlling expenses within the allocated budget.

Job Requirements:

• Completed BCom Accounting degree and a Postgraduate qualification
• 5 10 years of experience in a managerial role
