A leading manufacturing and distribution company is looking for a dynamic Operational Manager (Finance) to join their Rental Division. If you are ready to take your career to the next level, this is the perfect opportunity for you!As the Operational Manager (Finance), you will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the Rentals division, including:
- Oversee the national Rentals ERP systems and related controls.
- Manage the national financial analysis function.
- Supervise the national invoicing and credit note processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete billing.
- Handle CAPEX, including monthly reconciliations and disposals.
- Oversee transport administration processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure the integrity of fleet, assets, and stock management.
- Manage and facilitate external audits (Financial, SHEQ ISO, and others).
- Oversee Debtors, Risk lists, insurance claims, and legal matters.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage rental price lists (rental rates and transport), and oversee escalation and reporting functions.
- Drive continuous improvements, including branch visits for internal audits, coaching, mentoring, training, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with reasonable instructions.
Diploma / degree in accounting
Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in a similar position
Manufacturing / Rentals industry is preferred
