Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 with security management & business admin experience
- Proven operational leadership in the security industry
- Strong grasp of security principles, risk assessments and incident management
- MS Office proficiency as well as security management software
- Track record in KPI development for operational improvement
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- PSIRA registration with any Grade A-E
- Drive operational excellence
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to develop strategic initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
