Job Summary OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS ANALYST / IMPLEMENTER for leading group in the Agricultural industry. Excellent working environment and renumeration. Position available in Mpumalanga or Limpopo. The successful candidate will be an experienced hands-on, motivated individual and will be in possession of the following: Qualifications and Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF level 4); Relevant Industrial Engineering and/or Systems and/or Cost Accounting Qualification; 1 -3 years' systems experience in the agricultural field especially packhouses, farm management and fuel management; Knowledge of standard software programs (e.g. MS Office, Windows Operating Systems, Email and internet); Ability to travel extensively; Willingness to work after-hours and weekends when required; Willingness to do standby when required; Have a valid and applicable RSA driver's license and vehicle; Excellent customer service skills; Have good telephone ethics and communication skills at all levels; Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, particularly Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams; Attention to detail; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team; Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Persistent to implement solutions; Business process orientated. Duties include, but are not limited, to: Testing and implementation of new and improved systems / system functions; Troubleshooting of systems and system process issues in pack-houses.
