EMAPPLY is seeking an experienced Operations and Account Manager to join a growing Australian Buyers Agency team in the Real Estate industry. The Operations and Account Manager will play a key role in managing client accounts, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.Role: Operations and Account Manager FULL TIMEHours: Monday to Friday, 12am - 9am SASTSalary: Competitive salary based on experienceKey Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of services.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, prepare reports, and present findings to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to generate revenue.
  • Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations and account management, preferably in the real estate and/or property industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.
