With a focus on export planning, transportation logistics, inventory management, and general operational support for its products, this role demands a candidate with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive under high-pressure situations, particularly during peak seasons.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:BCom or any tertiary qualification.Experience in a similar role will be advantageous.KEY SKILLS:High-pressure Work Environment: The ability to work under high pressure, especially during the season.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Excel.Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.Planning and Organization: Good planning and organizational skills.Communication: Excellent communication skills.Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail.Accuracy and Efficiency: Ability to work very accurately and efficiently.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Export Planning: Oversee the loading of containers onto ships.Transportation Logistics: Manage transportation from processing facilities to the Durban (or packing facility) port.Storage Facility Monitoring: Monitor storage facilities and maintain external inventory records.Logistics Management: Monitor transport, shipping, and export rates.Local Sales Logistics: Handle all logistics for local sales.Sales Support: Support local sales, coordinate with facilities for loading planning.Loading Instructions: Issue loading instructions to facilities.Export Documentation: Handle all export documentation.Operational Support: Provide general operational support for the products.
