Assist in processing cross-border payments accurately and in a timely manner
Verify payment details and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Monitor payment queues and resolve any payment-related issues promptly
Maintain and reconcile up-to-date records of all payment transactions
Ensure that all required documentation is complete and stored securely
Assist in preparing reports and summaries of payment activities for management
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Assist clients with payment-related questions and concerns
Collaborate with the Case Management team to address client needs effectively
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance procedures and controls
Support the team in conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and reduce errors
Suggest and implement enhancements to payment processing proceduresSkills & Experience:
Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment (non-negotiable)
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
Ability to speak French (beneficial)Qualification:
