Job Description


Hire Resolves client is seeking the expertise of an Operations Co-Ordinator in Stellenbosch WC. In this critical role, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the managing of customer and retailer communication, stock take, parcel shipments, and logistics. Additionally, handling social media campaigns and supporting business growth through research, medical paper publishing, peer reviews, and clinical trial logistics.

  • Communicate with customers and retailers, manage stock take, send out parcels, and coordinate stock distribution to retailers (logistics).
  • Handle social media campaigns.
  • Assist with business growth through research, publishing medical papers, peer reviews, and overseeing clinical trial logistics.
  • Answer phone calls regarding inquiries and manage basic accounting and administration.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
  • Work with vendors and manage vendor relationships to procure necessary materials and services, optimizing resource allocation for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement streamlined procedures.
  • Continuously assess and enhance operational workflows.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports to provide insights into key performance indicators.
  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Track project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify operational discrepancies.

  • A bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
