As the Operations Coordinator at PlumbGuarantee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, managerial experience, and a passion for optimizing processes within the plumbing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Maintain communication with internal teams and clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction with service deliverables.

- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to foster a productive work environment.

- Implement and track performance metrics to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Report on operational performance to senior management and recommend improvement strategies.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role.

- Proven management experience, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data entry.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (where necessary).

Experience with Plumbing:

- Prior experience in the plumbing/construction industry will be advantageous and considered a strong asset.
