RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Operations Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you would play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations within an organization. - A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in operations, project management, or administrative roles is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace and a familiarity with project management software or operations tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, SAP).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
