Join a specialist manufacturers team as an Operations Director in the Western Cape and lead the strategic and operational evolution of their manufacturing and logistics processes!Your primary goal will be to lead manufacturing and logistics operations with a sharp focus on developing and ensuring the highest EHS standards. Youll implement a comprehensive industrial master plan and roadmaps that align with profitable growth strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in optimising their industrial footprint and in driving operations efficiency to enhance cost and service competitiveness.Your role will involve financial oversight, managing P&L, operating expenses, and capital costs. Your responsibilities will also include developing and coaching teams, nurturing talent, and promoting employee engagement.Candidates should have at least a MS degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemistry), complemented by a solid EHS-driven mind-set and a proven track record in leadership across multifunctional and multiregional teams.
