• Lead the factory to achieve strategic, operational, and performance goals with business acumen
• Direct the site leadership team to ensure safety, efficiency, cost management, and product quality
• Promote a culture of excellence, improvement, and teamwork with support from leadership and central functions
• Align policies and strategies, provide thought leadership, and foster innovation for the factory's future success
• Adhere to people practices, including development, communication, industrial relations, and performance management
• Manage the factory using defined systems for demand planning, quality, safety, risk, resource management, budgeting, and cost control
• Uphold quality and food safety principles as a manufacturer
• Deliver innovation, capital, and improvement projects on site
• Take ownership of the site's condition, compliance, and performance

• At least 8 years of experience in factory/plant management, particularly in potato chip production
• Experience in complex snack manufacturing and high-speed packaging
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Extensive senior-level manufacturing experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical) or Food Sciences is essential.
• Business-related post-graduate qualification is advantageous

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and risk management in manufacturing
• Proven ability to set and execute strategies
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-functional teams
