BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY(Contract to Permanent)Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 2-3 years minimum relevant experience in Retail industry within Operations
knowledge of ERP and WMS systemsActing as a Manager/Supervisor/Team Leader beforeHighly proficient in Excel/PowerPoint for data management and reportingJob Related Requirements
  • Min 2-3 years relevant experience in a warehouse and operations environment

  • Knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Cycle-counting and Return processes and workflows
  • Knowledge and experience in root cause analysis and problem solving, including investigating and troubleshooting of stock discrepancies, incident reporting and CAPA reporting.
  • Min 1 years proven skills in Planning, Organising, Directing, Controlling & Monitoring cycle counting programs and wall to wall stock takes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability be able to communicate assertively at all levels internally and externally.
  • Min 1 years people management experience.
General Managers tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training, managing budgets, developingstrategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals. Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successfulmanagement of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in theareas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and look for opportunities to expand
