The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, preferably within an agency environment, with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.ResponsibilitiesClient ManagementHelping oversee client management and service deliveryOnboarding - Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition, clear communication of project expectations, and alignment with the agencys processes and standards.Account Management Process - Oversee the account management process, ensuring seamless coordination between client needs and internal teams, while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and retention.ProcessesStandard Operating ProceduresProject ManagementProcess planning - Implementing new systems across the agency to improve efficiency.People & CultureHR ManagementResourcing - Oversee the resourcing process, ensuring optimal allocation of staff to projects based on skills and availability, to meet client demands and project deadlines.Internal team building and training - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment including learning lunches, promoting teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.Employee reviews - Working with managers to conduct regular employee reviews, providing constructive feedback, setting performance goals, and fostering professional development to ensure continuous improvement and career growth.Recruitment - Coordinate with department heads to assess resource availability and skills gaps, proactively addressing any staffing needs or challenges.Employee Onboardings - Coordinate and conduct comprehensive employee inductions, ensuring new hires are effectively onboarded and familiarised with the agency's processes, tools, and cultureHoliday & Sickness - Manage holiday and sickness records, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance with company policies, and timely communication to relevant departments.RequirementsNatural OperatorProblem Solving & Strong Initiative / Can do attitudeAttention To DetailOrganisedExperience as an Operations Manager in an agencyExperience building out Standard Operating ProceduresAgency background is preferable - Worked in a similar role, supporting multiple teams internally.Proven experience in operations management - preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment.Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in time management and willingness to learn new software, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising concepts is a plus.100% Remote WorkAnnual Team Retreat$40,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)Job Type: Full-timePay: R700 000,00 - R800 000,00 per yearEducation:Bachelor's (preferred)Experience:Operations management: 3 years (preferred)
