Job Description

The incumbent must have at least 5-10 years Debt Collection experience in a Debt Collection company call centre.Compulsory skills: * Understanding of campaigns

• Experience managing a call centre
• People skills a must, with the ability to motivate and drive performance
• Managing team leaders and agents
• The ability to plan and report on campaigns
• Experience reporting to management on performance, campaigns and general operations
• Solid organisational skills and decision making capabilities
• Implementing and driving client KPIs
