Operations Manager (Construction) - South AfricaJob SummaryShould you meet the above requirements, please email your CV to hilda@aaaa.co.za - Copy of ID, qualifications and latest payslipOverview of Main Tasks/Scope:Inserting of all active purchase orders, blanket purchase orders, SLAs, leases, and vendor agreements into excel tracking matrixAssistance with procurement activities in accordance with USG and Pact rules and regulations; to include preparation of applicable agreements, modifications/amendments and supporting documentation (i.e. negotiation memos)Assistance with implementation of Internal Control Review (ICR) recommendations and particularly with development and implementation of asset management policyCleaning up of operations filing based on revised filing protocol providedClean-up of Vodacom account and management of all telecommunications devices within the officeDealing with building management on any office related / maintenance matters brought up by employeesRenegotiating insurance (including re-competition if required) to ensure all assets properly coveredReporting to the Operations DirectorEssential Requirements (do not send CVs that do not meet this requirements)5+ years working in the field of OperationsExperience working in the NGO/Public sector with a preference for having worked under USAID/USG funded programsDemonstrated understanding of procurement and asset management processes (must provide clear examples in CV)Timeframe:4-6 months - start date 1-Feb-2017Working Hours:Monday - Thursday: 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)Friday: 8am to 1pmOpen to RaceLocation - Faerie GlenSalary - Market relatedClosing date - 27th January 2017
