The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with a strong background in applying engineering methodologies to complex mobility strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects, including resource allocation, performance monitoring, and first-line support for technical issues. This position requires a deep understanding of technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our mobile healthcare units, ensuring optimal deployment, efficient resource utilization, and seamless service delivery.Engineering Application: Apply engineering principles to solve complex mobility challenges, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance the reliability of our mobile units.Technical Support: Provide first-line support for engineering-related technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.Strategy Development: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes, streamline processes, and enhance overall service delivery.Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including clinical staff, logistics teams, and technology specialists, to ensure the smooth integration of services and resources.Scheduling & Dispatch: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of mobile units, prioritizing based on patient needs and operational requirements.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and replenishment as needed.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Innovation & Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, driving efficiency and effectiveness in mobile healthcare operations.Requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required), with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in operations management, mobility solutions, or healthcare technology.Technical Expertise: Proven ability to apply engineering methodologies to solve complex operational challenges in a mobile or healthcare setting.Operational Experience: Experience in managing operations, preferably in a healthcare, mobility, or technical services environment.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly address technical issues.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.Leadership & Communication: Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare operations, with a commitment to quality and safety.Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed to support mobile healthcare operations.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:Bachelors (Required)
