We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our construction projects, with a focus on aluminum-related work. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent costing, quality control, and quoting skills. • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field would be advantageous
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Construction Management, preferably with aluminum-related projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, with strong costing, quality control, and quoting skills.
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and industry standards.

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Oversee site operations, including safety management, quality control, and labor relations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including costing, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotes and tenders, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor site staff, providing guidance and training to ensure skill development.
