Operations Manager - Hospitality & Agriculture - RustenburgFull job description:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage theday-to-day operations of our guesthouses, commercial properties, rental properties andagricultural businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eyefor detail, and a passion for operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the operations of our farms, ensuring optimal productivity andcompliance with agricultural best practices.Supervise the management of our guesthouses, ensuring high standards of hospitalityand customer satisfaction.Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our commercial properties.Manage rental properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and effective propertymanagement.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiencyacross all sectors.Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless operations.You will have a team reporting to you.Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety standards.Handle any operational issues promptly and effectively.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Requirements:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relatedfield.Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a multi-faceted organization.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: R250 000 - R300 000 per yearExperience:Lodges: 3 years (Required)
