Their mission focuses on providing top-tier facilities, organizing events, and offering training programs that enhance the player experience, all while fostering a welcoming community.As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic growth of our clubs across multiple locations in Gauteng, Northwest, and the Western Cape.This role includes managing staff, ensuring high standards in facility maintenance and member experience, and driving business development initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sports and recreation management and operations, with the ability to manage budgets, lead marketing efforts, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to support the company's expansion plans.This role demands a confident and strategic leader capable of ensuring operational excellence while fostering a dynamic and engaging club environment.Minimum Requirements:
Experience working with general managers across multiple locations.
Ability to help with the growth and operation of multiple locations.
Experience in a strategic role, balancing ideas with senior management.
Familiarity with managing budgets within different locations.
Experience in administrative tasks that transition into operational responsibilities post-launch.Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards in facility management and member experience across all clubs.
Recruiting, training, and managing club staff, including retail, coaching, and administrative teams.
Driving strategic growth by identifying new club opportunities, developing partnerships, and enhancing member engagement.
Managing financial aspects, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Leading marketing efforts, including social media management, event promotions, and brand strategy development.
Maintaining facility standards, including surfaces, equipment, and health and safety compliance.
Managing human resources, including staff onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and incentive programs.
Coordinating project timelines for new developments and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
