Job Description


Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Required:
  • Property or Technical Qualification
  • 58 years of experience in operations management within real estate or a similar field
  • Strong technical, organizational, and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage within a policy framework
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with property operations software (Outlook, MRI, and other relevant tools)
  • Knowledge of building laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with maintenance and reinstatement clauses in lease agreements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of buildings and facilities
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and budget tracking for operational needs
  • Compile annual building condition reports and implement necessary remedial work
  • Prepare tenant incoming and reinstatement reports
  • Track and coordinate ongoing maintenance activities
  • Manage projects such as reinstatement, tenant installations, and building improvements
  • Maintain and oversee industrial park common areas
  • Provide operational documentation for property disposals and offer technical advice on operations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and engage effectively with stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, third-party service providers, and professionals
