Conduct building inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
Manage and oversee service and maintenance contractors.
Handle tenant installations and ensure smooth operations.
Implement and enforce housekeeping and safety principles.
Work within budget controls and company policies.
Provide administrative and financial reports related to property operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities / Operations Management.
Grade 12 qualification (Technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of Windows NT, Nicor.
Strong understanding of lease conditions, statutory requirements, and cost control.
Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
