Job Summary Operational Efficiency: Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance. Team & Resource Management: Lead, train, and mentor operational teams. Manage staffing levels and resource allocation to meet business needs. Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve personnel issues. Financial & Budget Management: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning. Monitor expenditures and optimize cost-efficiency. Identify areas for revenue growth and operational cost reduction. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks. Maintain legal and regulatory compliance. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve operational issues affecting customer experience. Technology & Process Improvement: Implement new technologies to improve operational workflows. Drive digital transformation and automation where applicable. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations. Qualifications & Experience: Electrical or Industrial Engineering degree, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in Lightning Protection. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control. Experience with ERP systems and operational software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
