Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and/ or Business degree
At least 8 years experience in a senior operations management position
Proven beef & livestock experience stud and commercial
Ability to AI
Fodder flow experience
Previous cropping experience
Strong financial acumen and ability to work with and within a budget (income statement and balance sheet projection with capex budgets) essential
Computer literate
Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills and high level of integrity and confidentiality
Valid drivers license
