What Youll Do:

• Optimize our ITSM processes and enhance the user experience.
• Manage and administer license services efficiently.
• Collaborate with the IT Operations team to ensure seamless functionality.
• Master the PIC processes and help guide the team to success.
• Lead projects using Agile methodologies, embracing the principles of the AWM Charter.
• Maintain and oversee our software lifecycle, ensuring everything is up-to-date and compliant.
