Are you a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager based in KwaZulu-Natal?My client is looking for you to oversee their entire operations in Richards Bay. The ideal candidate will guide and manage supervisors, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.This role requires a strong focus on managing and preventing contaminations within the sites and ensuring health and safety compliance through SHEQ management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire operations, including the supervision and management of site supervisors.Manage and prevent contaminations within the sites to maintain a clean and safe working environment.Ensure strict health and safety compliance and effective SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) management.Utilise technical knowledge to manage and maintain trucks, offloaders, bakkies, and yellow trucks.Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.Utilise Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, data analysis, and operational management.Qualifications and Experience:3-5 years of managerial experience in a similar role.Technical understanding of trucks, offloaders, bakkies, and yellow trucks is essential.Exposure to 3PLProven experience in health and safety compliance and SHEQ management.Experience in customer relations and handling customer inquiries and concerns.Qualification in a relevant field will be an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.How to Apply:
