A well-established organization in Sandton, Johannesburg is seeking a Operations Manager to join their team. - Johannesburg based, preferably Sandton (the furthest away that will be consider will be Centurion)
- Hospitality/Residential/Industrial Industry security experience preferable.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Can perform job function independently..
- Has a sound working knowledge of Industrial Relations..
- Understands the importance of developing a client interactive relationship
- Management experience in security (Require Psira registered Grade A or B)
- Having security experience in the hospitality sector would be highly valued but not necessary.
- Candidate must be well represented in appearance.
- Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
- Must be computer literate.
