Monthly Salary: R27 000 - R32 000 (Negotiable based on experience)Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimise key operational functions within their health and wellness businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing real-time operational dashboards, optimising manpower allocation across multiple sites, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams to drive efficiency and productivity. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in operations management, workforce planning, and process optimisation, ideally within healthcare, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the operations dashboard, ensuring real-time visibility across all key operational areas.
  • Optimise manpower allocation across multiple sites to maximise productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor daily activities, track key performance metrics, and proactively address inefficiencies.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between teams, providing direction and support to keep projects and tasks on schedule.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions to improve workflows.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for resource management, workflow optimisation, and task execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for leadership, providing reports, insights, and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and implementing efficiency-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and objectives, making quick, informed decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Foster a strong team culture, promoting accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage daily handover meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Track and oversee the KPIs of onsite managers and team leads, ensuring performance targets are met.

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, ensuring smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret operational dashboards and data to drive informed decisions.
  • Experience in workforce planning, process optimisation, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in operational tracking tools, project management software, or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with leadership and frontline teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring efficiency and performance.
