Montreal Coffee + Bagels is looking for an Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive performance, and ensure that every location runs at peak efficiency. • Support and oversee store operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Conduct store audits, stock checks, and performance reviews to maintain high standards.
• Work closely with store managers to drive sales, manage teams, and improve store efficiency.
• Oversee stock control, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization.
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience across all stores.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and operational strategy.

• 3+ years of experience in store or operations management (Retail, QSR, or Hospitality preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to analyze store performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements.
• Hands-on approach ready to work closely with teams to enhance operations.
• Willingness to travel between store locations (valid drivers license required).
