Job Description
We are working with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Production Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with the right qualifications and expertise to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality and safety, managing assets and risks, developing staff, and controlling costs.Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma / Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of people management experience in a leadership role.
- FMCG middle management experience or technical experience in production machinery and processes.
- Strong background in project and process management.
- Knowledge and implementation of quality standards.
- Understanding of compliance requirements, including OSH Act, BCEA, EE, SD, and CGMP.
