Reporting to: Managing Director
A growing tertiary brand is looking to recruit operations managers for their education hubs in the Western Cape. This is a multi-faceted role that would include HR , Budget, Sales and Marketing, Debtors and Facilities Management.
This position is only open to South African citizens
Key Requirements:
1. 3 - 5 years' experience in management activities of a small to middle size company
2. 3 year qualification in Business or Sales & Marketing
3. Management experience within the private sector of higher education or occupational/ vocational education preferred .
4. Experience in distance/part-time offerings to adults who are working - an advantage
5. Proven track record in growing sales of a business
6. Solid leadership ability to mobilize department managers and achieve brand strategic goals
7. Solutions driven individual needed who is able to multi task, take direction and implement
8. The ability to oversee teams at two different locations
9. Strong admin, reporting and report analysis skills
10. Quality assurance experience
11. Strong Customer mindset
12. Ability to promote brand and enter in to industry partnerships - a bonus
