Job Title: Operations & Marketing Assistant

Overview:
Wexe2x80x99re looking for a dynamic and versatile Operations & Marketing Assistant to help scale our 6-figure/month coaching brand into a $1M/month machine. Youxe2x80x99ll be wearing many hats, working closely with the CEO to leverage AI, systems, and content to increase output while reducing manual work. Youxe2x80x99ll help automate marketing tasks, create stories, Reels scripts, and morexe2x80x94all in our CEOxe2x80x99s voice. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Automation: Use AI tools (including ChatGPT and other LLMs) to generate, rework, and syndicate content, including social media posts, Reels scripts, and email campaigns. You'll assist with scaling content creation while reducing manual work.
• Marketing Operations: Automate and streamline marketing workflows, particularly for social media postings and content syndication. Help build systems that enable us to increase output without increasing workload.
• Targeted Content Strategy: Help ensure content is optimized for the right audience, especially for our niche target market (45-65 age group). Use AI and data-driven insights to tailor content to specific market segments.
• Brand Voice Management: Assist in ensuring all content aligns with the CEOxe2x80x99s voice and brand tone, maintaining consistency across all platforms and media.
• Task-Oriented Support: Be comfortable getting into the weeds with tasks, including prompting, managing Notion documents, and supporting the CEO with the xe2x80x9cbehind-the-scenesxe2x80x9d operations that drive the brandxe2x80x99s content machine.
• Syndication & Publishing: Support content syndication efforts across multiple platforms to ensure maximum reach and engagement. This includes overseeing the timely distribution of content and coordinating with other publishing authors.
• Execution Focused: Our CEO handles strategy; youxe2x80x99ll be there to execute. Ensure tasks are completed on time and according to plan, maintaining a timeline-focused approach to all operations and marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work directly with the two founders and the team to track the performance of marketing campaigns, fine-tune messaging, and ensure the efficient execution of all operational tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• AI & Tech-Savvy: Must be AI curious and experienced with AI tools like ChatGPT, LLMs, and automation systems to streamline tasks and enhance content creation.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Youxe2x80x99ll be responsible for managing multiple tasks, content workflows, and timelines. A keen attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Experience with Niche Markets: Comfortable targeting niche markets and using your critical lens to ensure copy/content matches our audience. You should understand how to tailor content to specific groups even when the content is created by someone else.
• Content & Marketing Knowledge: Experience with content creation, syndication, and marketing operations. Familiarity with social media management, particularly Instagram, is a plus.
• Process-Oriented: You thrive in process and task-oriented roles, eager to bring structure, efficiency, and automation to the content production process.
