In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent and comprehensive service to the Operations Teams within Ackermans, focusing on Operational Risk, Security, Safety, and Loss Prevention. EXPERIENCE:Essential:
  • Minimum 6 years retail experience of which 3 years in a senior operations capacity.
  • Understanding of the Criminal procedure
  • IR processes
  • Understanding of Processes, Systems and SOP's
Preferred:
  • Forensic investigation methods around systems and procedures.
  • Criminal investigation methodologies
QUALIFICATIONS:Essential:
  • Retail Management Diploma
  • Business School/ University programs in Risk and Loss Prevention/ Forensics
Preferred:
  • Three-year Diploma/ Degree Labour Law/ Criminal Law
