Furthermore, provide specialist advice and support in the development of tactical digital plans on the design and optimization of the Everyday Banking Service Strategy to enhance the customer experience.Product Enhancement: Remain abreast of industry standards to identify newproduct opportunities.Risk and Control:Continuously review product processes to identify areas of real and potential risk within the ProductProduct Analysis: Review Product process to continuously look for enhancements within the product process and write requirements to ensure continuous improvedData Management and Reporting:Analyze and interpret data to produce business intelligence and reporting. Support the design and build of MI and the OKR's to be tracked daily, weekly monthly and quarterly to track progress against deliverables.Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with critical stakeholders such as tech, operations, channel etc. to ensure optimal product delivery end to end.Requirements:Qualifications:Business Analysis or Process EngineeringCertifications:

  • Product Owner (CSPO), Product Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a BA, BPM, or Product roles and working with SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc.)
