Execute all duties in strict compliance to SHEQ policies, procedures and legislation, to ensure the companys responsibility is met.
Comply with all reporting and information requirements, as set by the Site agent.
Operations & Project Management
Contribute to plan/ schedule generation for daily/ shift work, in line with project goals.
Responsible for operational execution of work assigned to them, through delivery of their own tasks and duties, as well as supervision of the work for the team on shift.
Ensure your own and teams work is executed on time, in full, on standards and first time right, in support of operational goals and targets for their area; keep record as required by site agent.
Operate the plant to meet production targets.
Carry out work-study exercises and investigate alternative methods as directed.
Management Operating System & Reporting
Report to site agent on work progress.
Ensure all paperwork and posters are displayed on the site office wall and kept up to date.
Ensure current revisions of drawing are the ones being used on site.
Technical Management
Responsible for adherence to technical standards and work methods, for their section in accordance with organisational and client requirements, policies, procedures and legislation.
Execute all operations in their section in accordance with the quality and process standards, systems and work methods.
SHEQ Management
Apply quality management and improvement processes in their area of responsibility.
Assist line manager with results capturing, and quality assurance processes as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
National Diploma, Btech in construction management
EXPERIENCE
5 years experience working in construction environment
