Job Description


Looking for a dynamic and resourceful Operations Assistant in Middelburg area.While this role does include HR responsibilities, the main focus is on operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, be efficient, and able to manage their tasks independently.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and will play a vital role in supporting the retail branches.Key Responsibilities:Assist in branch audits and ensure operational efficiency
Support project planning and execution
Day-to-day management of retail branch operations
Managing HR, including payroll, administration, recruitment, training, disciplinary processes, labour, H&S, staff training etcRequirements:Strong operational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in managing HR both Industrial relations and Administration
