Job Description
OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR (OPS)
- FMCG/Manufacturing Industry experience will be an
- Minimum 4-6 Year's experience as an Operational Supervisor
- Supervise everyday working of Department Operating Process
- Maintain & Provide efficient backup to Supply department and
- Provide Training to workers
- Employee Attendance
- Develop Plans and supervise various Departmental meetings
- Monitor all Administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with applicable Laws and Company Policies
- Any additional functions, if and when required
- Fluent in AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH
- Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
