Core Description

To support customer technical solutions by providing general technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting on customer systems under guidance of technical specialists. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Collaborate with associated infrastructure service teams to meet SLAs and resolve issues. Manage and support Microsoft Remote Desktop Services. Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop Services. Manage and support Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktop Services Manage and support Citrix Netscaler Services Manage and support Citrix Hypervisor Identity and manage service-related risks. 3 years' experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure

OR

5 years' experience with exposure to financial service IT infrastructure Certifications Azure Certification ITIL Foundational V3/4 Citrix Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
