Job Description
Oracle Database Administrator (12-month Contract) in Gauteng South Africa
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database administration and experience working in the telecoms or banking industries.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in Oracle database administration (versions 12c and above)
Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and security
Experience working in the telecoms or banking industries
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advantageous Skills
Oracle certification (OCP or OCM)
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, and Data Guard
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
