Job Description

Our client requires an experienced Oracle EBS & Middleware Technical Solutions Architect for 3rd Party Support.

Only applicants based in South Africa and eligible to work in South Africa may be considered.

Position: Contract role for 12 months (annual renewal).

COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Oracle WebLogic (10+ years)

Experience with troubleshooting Oracle SOA, BPM, HTTP Server

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot middleware systems/components.

Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Deep-dive troubleshooting, Expertise in - Optimizing data filtering, i/o bottlenecks.

Migration /Upgrade: Migrations, installation/patching

It will be advantageous, but not essential, to also have the following skills:

SME to support all different components of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)

Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

Oracle Business Intelligence and OBI Apps Development and System Administration (10+ years)

Admin Experience with Oracle Customer Hub, WebCenter

THE ROLE:

This position is considered level 3/4 support.

Occasional after-hours, weekends, and holidays support for urgent customer issues.

Excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction, and passion to help customers with their software issues.

Troubleshooting customer issues in an environment where online and remotely connected to the customers systems.

Driving customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure, minimizing ageing cases.
