Closing Date: 26/06/2024The purpose of this position is to ensure excellent customer service by supporting the Orders team through Order and Stock analysis. This is to enable the overall improvement of our Case Fill rate.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting KPIs; such as stock levels; availability; Service levels; store replenishment.
• Supporting Primary team with case fill rate.
• Monitor stock on floor.
• Support and Identify stock replenishment.
• Identify opportunities where to pull loads from.
• Assist to maximize daily loading capacity.
• Monthly, Weekly and daily Open orders analysis.
• Review lost sales.
• Supporting closing of old orders / deliveries.
• Review stock availability and stock release.
• Provide recommendations to production and sales.
• Analyse Primary and Secondary Customer ordering patterns and identify customers ordering above forecast.
• Review short-dated stock, finding opportunities to sell out.
• Review slow moving stocks and recommend (Fire SKU) to find opportunities to drive upsell.
• Providing insight driven reports
• Support on the job training.
• Drives continuous improvements in business processes, sharing of best practices, and ensuring appropriate alignment with cross functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to order guidelines and proactively recommend order management & process improvements to Distributors (i.e. route-to-market, order lead time, order quantity

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant Diploma
• Min 2 Years of relevant experience in logistics / supply chain preferably in an FMCG Environment
• Advanced Xcel Skills
• Understanding of logistics and inventory management concepts
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and manage customer expectations.
