- Develop change management processes
- Manage integrated messaging and communication to relevant stakeholders
- Create change management capacity
- Support new business strategy
- Support business projects
- Drive implementation
- Responsible for performance management
- Identify opportunities and develop ideas to drive high performance
- Ad hoc projects
- MBA / Masters in HR
- Relevant Bachelors Degree
- 5 to 10 years in a similar role
