What will you do?
This role will be responsible for providing support the design, implementation, coordination and delivery of Organisational (OE) and Talent Management (TM) services and deliverables to Sanlam Corporate. The role is key to enable exceptional employee experience and support talent management practices that provide value to the business. The successful incumbent will form part of the Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Management team and will work closely with the HCBP team, COE Leads and the business. The key accountability will be to support the OE team in delivering key initiatives. The role will support a selected clientele nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Management projects
Coordinate and facilitate engagement sessions with Employee Resource Groups
Coordinate and facilitate the creation of the HC Calendar with the COEs and HCBP team
Plan and implement change management interventions
Plan and coordinate Team Effectiveness interventions to improve employee experience
Drive employee survey implementation and develop actionable strategies based on data insights to improve employee experience
Collect and analyse data from Employee Experience surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement within the organization
Plan and coordinate culture improvement interventions
Update and maintain OE and TM documents, project documentation, plans and SharePoint information
Prepare monthly OE reports and analytics
Coordinate project planning, budgeting, benefits tracking, and project monitoring and evaluation.
Research market trends in OE and TM
Qualifications and Experience
Degree/Diploma in Human resources or similar. Industrial Psychology or equivalent is preferred
Change Management and/or Project Management certificate (preferable)
Results driven professional with 2-3 years of experience in organizational effectiveness
2 -3 years' experience in project coordination within a Human Capital environment.
Experience in an Organisational Effectiveness environment is crucial.
Exposure to change management projects, with a solid understanding of the principles and practices required to drive successful organisational change.
