Job Description


Main job functionTo support the business with organisational effectiveness services that attract, develop, retain talent and build critical skills and capabilities for the business of the future.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Design and delivery of initiatives that amplify the positive and consistent employee experience, engagement and inclusion
  • Develop and facilitate interventions with managers to drive culture and employee experience imperatives
  • Provide specialist organisational behaviour and change leadership input to prioritised functional area initiatives and enterprise projects
  • Design, pilot and implement organisation wide client experience & change enablement interventions
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of the on-boarding/ probation management and orientation process
  • Design / source and run organisational surveys
  • Provide specialised team facilitation or conflict mediation, when required
  • Provide input and support to the development, implementation and maintenance of talent management processes and related systems/initiatives
  • Support the business with an assessment service for screening and selection to support the appointment and development of talent, and to provide team assessment.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
  • Honours degree relevant to Industrial / Organisational Psychology
DESIRED EDUCATION:
  • Masterxe2x80x99s in industrial / Organisational Psychology
REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an Organisational Effectiveness or similar relevant role
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience working with employee experience and culture enablement processes
